Tasty Sesame Tilapia

This recipe is found here.
Thanks for the great swap today. I am excited!

Serves 6, Cost per meal $6.75

  1. We just ate this tonight (since it was not yet fully frozen, it came in very handy!! Thank you!)

I like having easy fish meals to just throw right in the oven. I'm not great at coming up with tasty ideas for fish on my own.

This recipe was good. Kenny pulled it out of the oven and served up plates while I was finishing up on the computer, so dinner was served before I had the chance to take the advice to add cornstarch to the sauce to thicken it. I think that would have definitely added to it. Ken loved it. I wanted a little extra flavor to mine and added some sea salt. We made up some quick broccoli cheese rice and dinner was on the table in 10 minutes! Can't beat that.

  2. This was my meal, so I can say this. We didn't like it. Some of us made do with having it on a bun with cheese and others used tartar sauce. I ate it with some brown rice and a little salt. So it is edible, you just may have to add something to it.

  3. We just ate this one last night and we actually really like it!
